Hello!
How exactly the sunder charms works?
It's reducing the resist of the enemy to 95%, but this will be the first effect?
Like if you have a Merc with Inifinity that works on top of Sunder charm?
Because the Conviction aura reduces enemy resistance by -85%, but against immune monsters it's divide by 5 (so it will be -17%). And if they are not immun anymore, then they resist will be reduced by -85%? So it will be 95-85=10%?

Sunder takes effect first.

When a monster's immunity has been sundered via a sunder charm, Conviction works at 1/5 effect. Same with Lower Resist and Cold Mastery. *

-res on equipment works at full effect if the immunity has been broken/sundered (and not at all vs still immune monsters).

* But curiously, not Amplify Damage and Decrepify, those still work at full effect vs enemies whose physical immunity has been sundered

Thank you! So its mixed, gear have 100% effect, but skills only have 20% effect. Weird, but ok.

Just the bit at the end. If your sunder breaks their immunity, they have 95% resist. Your Conviction works at 17%, so the monster has 78% resistance still.

But if you have Renewed then -10% and if have these new unique jewels from über anchients then also -10%. So it will be 58%. They probably won't be perfect because it's too expensive if you're just starting out. But it's still really good.
