Description
Just got a %15 ED 4os Phase Blade. Any use cases? Obviously not ideal given the # of sockets. There are some expensive runewords I could consider like Phoenix but this is offline and I don't want to be careless.

Sounds good for Hand of Justice auradin, but that's also expensive.
Hand of Justice for a Dragondin or Passion for a Dream-Sorceress.
Both builds are hard to make when playing offline...
Aside from that, Kingslayer comes to mind for a small buck. Voice of Reason is rather meh.
There's nothing else worth mentioning with 4 sockets.... Oath is a waste in Phase Blade and Fortitude/Phoenix are better served in Armor or Shield.

Kingslayer for act5 merc. U want the crushing blow so the 15ed is nice but not needed here.
Thanks all. Might just make a Kingslayer and call it a day lol. Pair it with a Grief on my A5 Merc.
