I keep records of drops until levell 99.
My last character found 43 Cathan's Seal rings.
Right now I'm playing another one (currently level 90) and surprise, Cathan's Seal is rarer than Angelic Halo with 6 to 7 items.

Right now I'm playing another one (currently level 90) and surprise, Cathan's Seal is rarer than Angelic Halo with 6 to 7 items.

All green items are filtered except one: Arcanna's Sign.
It is the only set item missing in my chronicle...
And set rings aren't of interest if you have 2-3 of both green rings, haha. So these can be filtered first...
But over 20 years, my feeling is also that Cathan's Seal is among the most common greens (together with Isenhart's Case...)

This is from a past ladder, where a friend of mine and me made us a fun of spamming "freeee"-games with all Isenhart's Case we found.
It is the only set item missing in my chronicle...
And set rings aren't of interest if you have 2-3 of both green rings, haha. So these can be filtered first...
But over 20 years, my feeling is also that Cathan's Seal is among the most common greens (together with Isenhart's Case...)
Cathan's Seal is probably the most common set item drop in the game, but they can be temporarily useful for an early ladder leech build, because two will give you 12% life leech and 10% strength at level 11, and they're easy to find. If you're lucky you will find a Sigon's Gage and wrap (16 boxes) for 10% leech and 30% attack speed at level 6, if you can meet the strength requirements.
I filtered all sets at this point.
Don't you need two different set pieces to get the 2 items bonus?
Yes, you will need another piece from the set to get the 10% strength.
