I know! I've toyed with the idea of keeping it, but there are just no use cases where another runeword doesn't eclipse it (Obsession, Phoenix, Infinity, Obedience). And I grinded a long time making my Obsession, mostly trading up pgems--I can barely imagine using anything else (except maybe Void in a really good base). Similar situation with Tyrael's Might isn't it?

I personally think 15F Mang's is BiS for a fire lock IF you get expensive gear in some of the other slots and charms to make up for the missing FCR and resist (if not it's worse). Obsession is a much better value/total stats if you value all the individual components (i.e. how many socket or grand charm slots does it take to make up all the individual stats / equivalent value of FCR) - but, there are a limited number of slots that you can get minus fire res in, so at a certain point if your gear is good enough in your other slots, the Mang's has meaningfully faster killing speed.

Now, while FCR and resist have a point of no more returns that you can match with Mang's with other gear, you cannot easily match the +%life given by Obsession. So, with Obsession vs. Mang's, I have about 14% more life on Obsession (if I also gain +all skills for CTA by swapping out FCR ammy to Mara and 1 Opalvein to SOJ), but -20% more negative fire res with Mang and an additional +5% fire skill damage on the socket. Also +1 skill on Mang's, but this is offset by the fact that I am currently using 1 gc slot on resistance charms (if I spend up on even better gear I can avoid this).

15 on the other stats doesn't matter for Mang's, it's just style points. But very pretty.
