Everyone I've dated has also been addicted to d2. Turns playing into date nights!
My wife and I do pizza and game nights in the basement from time to time. She does jigsaw puzzles or legos while I fight the forces of darkness. While she's not a gamer, she is an electrical engineer and is captivated by how complex the game is not only from a game-play perspective but also the level of coding/AI it requires
Easy: Me and the boys in the basement doing "boys things" and my wife and daughter upstairs in the living room doing "girls things" 
On a more serious note: Be it games or everything else: Set and negotiate the limits and always keep up talking to each other to hold or get things back in balance before it escalates

After a 20 year break from D2 I started playing D2R in 2024 with my sons (9 and 10 years old)

Closest to "enjoys video games" I ever had in a partner was "well, some Wii games are kind of fun".
Either way though, not a relationship-block in either direction. Just strike a decent balance and you're good. There are some other fun things to get addicted to together as well after all.
It's actually thanks to D2R that I even met my partner.

I am glad you all have nice relationship even though you are a little bit junkies My GF hates this game. Its on one hand quite bad on the other I am glad, because it brakes my addiction and I spend more time like a normal person, not only grinding.

I very much agree on finding a balance: things to do solo, things to do together, makes it all more interesting
I will wonder if it's the game she hates, or the time commitment/priority it holds in your life. It's very easy to get sucked into a gaming loop and ignore the "boring" real life maintenance. It's also frustrating if she's feeling like she's managing you, instead of being a partner to you. It might be helpful to look at the time you spend gaming vs chores/setting up appointments/dealing with other life events. It's also important to have other hobbies/creative outlets, and exercise.
