Description

Suggestion on a feature.

When selling multiple of items on a single listing, and when 1 is sold, it would be nice to give and receive trust from those that purchased the item without needing to close the entire thread. (ex: 10 different enigmas listing and a player buys one. I want to be able to update to 9 items and give trust to the person who purchased it without closing the thread).

I have been giving people likes in hopes to boost their reputation, but think trust would be more valuable to receive.

*My appologies if similar suggestion was posted before.

What others have done for me, rather than closing their original thread that has all the items listed out already, is after the trade they will create a Brand new thread. Quickly copy paste stats of item over, and then have the buyer post in it (im not sure if this is REQUIRED to trade trust) and then immediately mark the new thread as sold to that person, and trust is traded.

Its still a little bit cumbersome, but it does the job. Im guessing on the backend of the website there would be a bunch of coding to be done in order to finnagle multi purchases into threads, and then have those link up to histories of prices. I dont know that though, Im not a coder. Just wanted to offer a suggestion though if you hadnt thought of this.

In regard to OP's request - it's not possible due to the way the trust mechanic was coded - I did not factor in the possibility of multiple trusts per listing when I wrote this a year ago, and I cannot easily change this without a huge refactoring of the codebase.

What people with listings like this tend to do is ask their buyers to leave a comment/review/thanks message in the topic to show other prospective buyers that the service being offered is legit and worthwhile.

Yes, it is. It's so you can't give trust to a random user who hasn't even posted in the thread.
