I think so, possibly useful for Barb and Druid? I am not sure of the pros/cons of

Colossus Sword, and I'm assuming they are minor. Either way, idk if I'll find a nicer base than this unless there is something I'm forgetting. At least not one that's a sword.

Colossus Sword has the highest average damage of all swords (91 two-handed, when not ethereal) but has a base speed of 10.

Colossus Blade is a tiny bit faster with a base speed of 5 and an average damage of 86,5, which is second-highest, together with

Balrog Blade.
But

Balrog Blade can only have a maximum of 4 sockets...

So, yeah, great Death base. Grats!

for a barb-

CS needs 90% ias to reach 4 frame WW

CB needs 75% ias to reach 4 frame WW

the former is hard to reach without Treachery/Mania

for 4 socket bases, my fave is

Highland Blade

HC RotW

That's just fine for a Death base. 5ed or 15ed, I don't think you'll notice much difference in practice. I think Death is really good value for what you get from the runes you put in.
Only thing is no IAS, but still a good weapon base you've found.

It's all about the barb.
