Hi,
Items missing from my grail:
Torch of Iro
Tyreal's might
Entropy Locket
Metalgrid
Cow King's Armor
Cow King's Boots
Rotten Fissure + the renewed Rotten Fissure
If runes : Cham and Zod
I don't really count runes.
For MF, I have only been playing Sorc and Warlock, and farm Andy mostly. Do I need to switch to a Pitzerker?

well mathematicaly the best strategy is to farm areas that can drop the highest ilvl item you are still missing but not higher to reduce the pool of possible drops. since you are missing tyraels you are capped out still, but lets say you find tyreals (and any other tc87 item) you would go lower areas. if you only miss a "normal" set (like I think cow kings is?) you would only farm on normal. ofc you always have to take into account kill speed (dmg and monster density), its better to kill 2 monsters with 1/10k chance than 1 with a 1/8k chance if you do it in the same time
cow king Boots/armor can drop from normal king + minions, 1 in 75

OP
I believe Torch of Iro and both Cow pieces are preferably farmed in Normal mode. But the rest is still hell, and terrorized if possible. Should I still switch to a Pitzerker and farm pit/terrorized?
That is ALL you have left?! My god, well done!
If you are SC NL, am I able to drop the runes for you to pick up and get credit for them?

I have a Frenzy/Zerker barb and I find it's not as good a build for the Pit as FoH smiter or Javazon. Yeah, he can do it, but nowhere close to the same kill speed and density clearing. He does better when it's few targets, and targets that can be horked - such as Trav, Durance 3, Pindleskin, Shenk&Eldritch, or other areas with super uniques you can snipe and Howl the trash mobs away.Lyrix wrote: 19 hours agoI believe Torch of Iro and both Cow pieces are preferably farmed in Normal mode. I do have a hork barb leveled up but never played much with it. I feel like even since TZ has been introduced, it's more efficient to farm like Andy TZ than Pit with a Zerker?BigD wrote: 12 hours agoI have a Frenzy/Zerker barb and I find it's not as good a build for the Pit as FoH smiter or Javazon. Yeah exactly. That's mostly what I use him for, Andy TZ and the abovementioned. Areas with heavier density like Pit, Chaos, and WSK, I usually use my FoH smiter or Javazon because they're much faster at clearing the mobs. Whereas with fewer targets (especially horkable targets) the barb can extract more loot. (Trav, Durance 3, etc)Lyrix wrote: 12 hours agoI do have a hork barb leveled up but never played much with it. For the Cow kings + Torch of Iro = Normal mode without TZ. Kill king and quit, again. Until you find them.
King pieces are easy.
Iro is about 1: 1000~ give or take how much MF u run with. Just go fast, doesnt really matter 100~ mf drop.
For Tyraels just gather those shards and run bosses like hell.
I got mine from Ice caves from random elite mob on TZ. But usually Andariel and Meph should be the Key target, aka King and his grand daughter.
Hope this helps. I just cut straight to the point to save your time.

Torch of Iro I would just run normal Rakanishu or Blood Raven over and over. Den of Evil ( Corpsefire) possibly as well.

you can buy unidentified items also, i asume
Identifying traded unids doesn't work - unless the item dropped in the same game and you were in the party. See the details here.
And anyway OP said he plays offline
Can do trades on D2R or D2RotW
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash tabs

Yep! I wanna finish this grail, then play online.
If you're offline/soloing then step 1 is obviously to switch to players 8 and use a build that can steamroll that to abuse the hell out of that "free bump" for offline players (yes, I'm still jealous of that..wtb online /p8 plz!).
Other than that, for the two cow king parts, head to normal cow lvl. You don't really have a choice but to target-farm those as they can't just drop off any old mob.
Adds a better chance for other normal uniques as well while doing that I guess. But either way, getting those two shouldn't take toooo long just farming normal cow king.
For the uniques in general, your best bet is likely to just speed-farm bosses. Specifically, Andy, Meph or Dia as they are significantly faster than say Baal.
Since you're looking at a grail and not the chronicle (based on the stuff you listed), Dia has the advantage that with only a handful of seconds added to each run, you can seal-pop the entire place, giving you a decent chance to get your Cham or Zod along the way. At least so far as any chance of a Zod could be considered "decent". Otherwise you'd want density-areas for those but they then tend to be less than ideal for the uniques.
If you're just after the grail, I'd leave the Fissure "for last" and hope it just drops along the way, seeing how it now can. There is a real chance to just get that via the same dia/andy/.. target runs you'd do for uniques anyways so no need to specifically farm heralds until it ends up the very last thing missing. Or at least until the uniques are done. If you end up with only Fissure and runes missing, switch to density clears but make those full clears to ensure you get a Herald out of it each time.
Not sure what builds you're running exactly but both, sorc and lock are exceptional CS/dia runners in more than one build so..no need for a pitzerker or the like unless you just want to make one for the hell of it.
And don't set your expectations too high so as to avoid the resulting depression.
The more complete your grail/chronicle, the slower the progress on what remains. Given, there is a chance you'll get lucky and be done in a day. But there's also a chance you'll get stuck missing the same handful of final pieces for weeks on end no matter how much you farm so...be ready for that.
