You can't trade in diablo 3, unless you are in the same party with someone.
You can still trade in d3 if you have legendary/set items items pre RoS expansion.
I have a mule full of pre ros legendaries/set items and they are tradable, lvl Cap on them was 60.
But yeah, creating a d3 Io website isnt feasible and not worth the effort.
