Patch 3.2 now

My biggest disappointment is the removal of sigil: lethargy damage taken - also on rings. Had a FCR ring with it on my Wind druid whose damage really improved with the sigil, now it's almost useless...

So my observations so far. I am not a warlock player so I cant go there. But.

It feels like the animation of

Herald spawn is good, you dont need to go hunt all over the place.

Bad thing is he doesnt drop any uniques whatsoever anymore. Ive killed so many i lost count so far.

Heralds tend to spawn based either on 3 values in my prediction/observation.
1) There is some sort of point tracker, when it gets filled it will spawn a

Herald on the map. Magics, uniques, superuniques and random mobs have some sort of number value that fills that bar. YES you can spawn a

Herald without killing those magic/uniq monster packs!

2) It might be timer based thing, where timer is set as random number when runs out it spawns

Herald.
3) Total RNG! (yeah...)


And on the note of trying to find a latent grand charm, those can popup from caskets etc... I just witnessed 1 myself while running

Andariel TZ for 30mins. Catacomb lvl3 had some caskets which i opened, no mobs near me and crack of heavens popped up from 1 of them. (Bnet solo TZ, SCNL that is)

As a review of the patch, I aint so keen into it. Shards are soon 99 with all A1-A5, and they totally lost any value whatsoever. Yeah we can do now our own boss runs with them...yay! Not so satisfying.
