Description
Can be used to make Runewords:
Unfortunately, for circlets, mostly the rule "no fcr no value" applied.
Sins especially tend to favor Griffon's Eye or their main élément attack.
Tp charges are situational (after all sins have Dragon Flight before Enigma) and for most uses good old and cheap Harlequin's Crest is better.
You can try to sell around Um- Mal, but most likely will be a long sale
Edit: this would be NL prices, more Pul- Um for L
