Patch 3.2 now

For

Blood Oath, even at level 32 its tooltip still says 26% dmg transferred.

I have Level 44

Blood Oath and will check it out tonight.

i got lvl 20(1 base) at 25% and lvl 30(14 base) at 27%. id say its a 1 point wonder for every build except

Blood Boil

on a unrelated side note, they released the patch today but my ladder guys are still ladder. i assume that means its gonna be like a 1 hour changeover between when they go from ladder to non ladder and the new ladder starts?

worldstone seems to be dropping more frequently, ES is still usable, but prob not in uber territory

Ladder season doesn't change for another couple days.
They merely rolled the patch out independent of that.

Side note:
Can confirm, sunders are indeed now part of the normal loot pool and no longer limited to heralds.

That would normally be a valid theory, but the friend in question has not even learned

Consume. My explanation is that with the update he only had a maximum number of one summoned or bound demon.

I will try if this happens or not too before I respec.

What's not fixed for you?
You're still supposed to get western shards. Just not "massively more". Which seems the case for me so far.
Keep in mind 4 isn't a big sample size.

notes for my future self:
1-gear to try Horazon 3 items+Obedience + Flickering Flame (don't have Dragon armor, bummer)
VS Mangsong + Splendor book + Flickering Flame . To see if -fire damage stays and is it better than + skills.
2- sequence to try: spawn 3

Tainted VS spawn one,

Consume one spawn all 3
3- bind mega demons (pit lords) on different difficulty with 1 point in

Bind Demon and see by myself how it works.

i saw earlier on one of my locks, that consuming the fire heph i had would of granted +4 all skills. might be worth it to chain bind then

Yeah, i'm not as unkillable as i was before. I can actually feel some damage now, compared to before i could

Lord De Seis pack and not drop below half. Demon is fine tho

Edit * Wow shards drop so often now. Switched to reaper's toll on merc and i think my clear speed & damage is even better than pre-patch

He read that from my testing.

Try it for yourself. Doesn't matter whether you go and find 1 mob to hit with

Holy Freeze or 20, the result over a large number of ticks is always the same:
You end up with a dramatically lower curse rate (~5% as expected) and it either curses all of the targets hit by the aura or none of them, very strongly suggesting it is indeed checked once per tick and not once per target hit.

At least that's how it was on the PTR (and on live in the past, merely with a far higher rate, obviously). Haven't specifically/actively re-tested on live post-patch. Though just based on casual observation so far, the curse rate with

Holy Freeze seems still far too low there in normal play to suggest 5% per target.

Complete budget ES still demolishes dclone with ease.
Knowing that, I dare go out on a limb and claim that given at least some amount of decent gear, it'll also continue to demolish ubers and everything else with ease.

I have 3 base points in

Bind Demon and my Hephasto didn't die when I loaded up...
