Mechanic's/Artisan's/Jeweler's are prefixes that add sockets to magic/rare items.

Grand charms with 15 all res is worth at least an Ist plain, I think (probably more on non-ladder). A high rune if it has a good suffix.
Not expensive, gonna put in the kube ill let you know, but thanks next time i know what to do if i find another one.

Found just 15 All Res + 7 FRW grand charm.(If nobody wants it just give it to me
Problably +skill is the better choice, but if find enough of these, i have more options in the equiptment slots and find that more fun then just more damage output.
Now with life : 40+ good / 45 very good, and if with skill then you very happy.
But perfect roll All Res or FHR or FRW we wouldn't give it to Charsi right?
I don't like to waste good items could give/trade to other players.

E.g. "shimmering grand charm" (grand charm with all res) yield this result: pricecheck.php?item=shimmering%20grand%20charm&other=1
You can add the suffix as well, so "shimmering grand charm of inertia" (all res and 7% frw) yields this: pricecheck.php?item=shimmering%20grand% ... ia&other=1
You can further filter for "perfect" which should only list 15 all res but be aware that anyone can list their items as 'perfect' no matter the actual stats.
