The common reason for not finding Dclone, is if the super unique near your location was spawned prior to the walk. For instance if you're in act 5

Harrogath, you have to stay in town prior to the spawn. If you leave town prior to the walk you will spawn the super unique near that location, and Dclone won't be able to spawn there. For instance Act 5's nearest super unique is Eldritch near the

Frigid Highlands waypoint. If you take the waypoint prior to spawn then Eldritch will spawn instead of Dclone.
