Absolutely not I've been killing 15-20 lvl5 Herald everyday in a month and not a single charm drop...
I killed so many of those things since the start of the season and have not seen a sunder charm yet. I'm beginning to think it's a vast conspiracy and they don't actually exist.

Back on my single player SSF grind, farming Nightmare Andariel for a SoJ. The zone gets terrorized, but I keep going anyways. Right before she dies, a Dark One drops a Gul rune. Probably the highest rune I've seen on NM. TZs are crazy.

They do exist Have found two with my lvl95 main. However, reaching lvl96, all of a sudden ires have become super rare. Haven't had a T4 Herald since the level-up, despite terrorizing entire acts oO
