Most desirable sunder stats?

Apologies if this the wrong spot for this (didn't know if this would be a general forum thing or an appraisal request), but I got my first RotW sunder - yay!
Fire, of course. While the -10% enemy fire resist is perfect, I don't know what the most desirable stats are on a

Renewed Flame Rift (or other sunders in general). Magic find rolled near-perfect. Life rolled meh, but I assume life is better than mana? Is FRW better/worse than FHC, or +X to all attributes? And is magic or phys damage reduction preferred?

Short version: these things are incredibly variable, and I have no idea what to expect for offers if I put this up for trade. I've tried browsing here and traderie, and I see everything from a few

Jah to multiple 3/20/20. That's an insane range of value. What are the main differences there?

Like, somebody offered 18 Jah for this one, which is pretty similar to mine. 18

Jah is a fortune to me... but is that lowballing it?

Jah is about right for the current market. Of course anything priced that high will have a lot of variability depending on who wants it when. So call it 15 - 25

My recommendation if it is a fortune to you would be to sell it, and take a reasonable offer without holding out for max price. While these are super rare, the price will go down with time, and especially once the patch comes out which will supposedly make the new sunders more common.

As for valuing the stats, most important is the fire res or fire skill damage, and second most important is to have magic find vs

Gold. After that, a decent life/mana roll with life probably preferred. I don’t know whether there is a strong market preference to FRW vs FHR vs attributes, I think it is personal preference. And then the damage reduced or magic damage reduced is probably least valued as far as how it rolls.

Presumably FHR would be valued more than FRW, just based on how skiller charms are priced, but I think it also comes down to personal preference of the buyer
