Herald & Drop Rate plummet?

Anyone else feel like heralds and/or drop rate has suddenly plummeted? Have done full Act clears and only seen one

Herald, maybe two? I used to be able to get to T5 Heralds inside of an act clear?

Thanks! Maybe I just been some encouragment after having terrible luck the last week or so when running

They're just as bad as ever.
Sometimes you get unlucky. Other times you get even more unlucky.

i'm just waiting for things to change. No sense in grinding just now

My sunder drop rate with heralds has been consistent all ladder. Zero point zero (in Dean Wormer's voice).

Based on my experience you were extremely lucky all season

I had more Heralds when I was level 85-92..the moment I got stronger and started clearing a bit faster I can't draw the ire that easily (thats all happening in past 3-4 weeks).

Now someone might say "rng" or whatever...well if it is rng then fuck my luck.

Travincal could draw an ire (but not spawn). And now, I can't draw an ire through stuff like

Tal Rasha's Tomb or i don't know

Dry Hills...where I had 100% chance to draw an ire when I was weaker. And possibly get to lvl 2

Herald, sometimes even 3.

I agree with Reinhardus Vulpus above. I've never gotten to T5 Heralds just by clearing a single act.

So, give your luck a well-deserved rest, it'll return in time

Last week I couldn't get a

Herald to spawn for the life of me. I thought heralds were broken.

Today I got six T5 heralds in a row.

I made the same decision after doing act 1 and 2 tz 2 times in a few days got a few T5 heralds, but the chance to get a sunder at T5 is 1/60 ?, and thought to myself, this is a complete waste of time.

The way i thought about the chance of getting 1 was.... sometimes when im unlucky farming keys, i do 30 runs to get 1

Key when the chance is 1/12, what if i am unlucky with getting sunder, it could be 1 out of 200 T5 heralds before getting 1.... no ty.....

I havent tried to farm heralds after that,

Last week I used a shard to TZ act 1. I did ALL the zones, and I had to wait Catacomb level 3 to get the first

Herald... felt like nosense.
Yesterday I had 4 heralds in 2 zones only...

Yeah, you've just been getting really lucky then. :p
I've run countless of full TZ clears without a single ire from the start.
You can get 1-2 or if you're lucky even 3 from a single TZ clear. But more often than not it'll be 0 instead.

Been running a fair bit of public shards lately just for the XP and the ire/

Herald rates really don't feel any different. Sometimes you go through an entire act with nothing. Sometimes (rarely) you get 3 back to back. Most times you get a handful per act (at least for acts 1 + 2, less so in the smaller acts).

Your merc probably took out a random elite as you teleported past without you even noticing.
Happens every once in a while.

Herald, and i doubt my merc hit any.
