I blame myself for not being more observant, but I was trying to kill

Korlic last, and I HEARD

Talic die, but it seems he didn't die and moved across the screen. Obviously I didn't notice until it was too late. Am I crazy or was that his Death scream, his HP seems to be gone as well, but then heals himself as I'm fighting the others.

Well, you already said it,

Talic wasn't dead and his Death animation did not show, maybe because he started WW before he "died". I'm not sure, can he die when he is doing WW?

Yeah I'm not sure, I just assume he was supposed to die and didn't because of some iframes. Not sure if it's a bug but I've never noticed hearing something die and it not dying.

crazy i did the same thing the other day. my smiter is only level 83 so i just died to reset the instance and redo it.

Right before

Talic Whirlwinds, at 14 seconds, a Summon dies (The one at the top right of the group). Giving the illusion (Audibly) that

Talic has died. As the Death sound is played at the time

Talic is expected to die, and the sound played is the same as

Talic's Death sound.
I was confused at first too. Haha.

I actually didn't even think of letting myself die, that would have been a good idea instead of getting a poison jewel xD

Do the summons really scream like that? Dang I didn't even realize. The timing of it all was just crazy, but I should have noticed that there was still fire everywhere lmao
