Notify buyers on trade closure, even when they weren't watching/haven't commented on the trade

Description

It seems that if you create a trade, mark it as sold and select any given buyer on the site, without that person ever having commented on the trade or actively selected to 'watch' it, the buyer will not be notified.
This effectively opens the door for fake trades, attributing things to buyers (at any given price), without them ever knowing about it.
The buyer can hence neither react to (=report) him being marked as a buyer on something he didn't buy nor to incorrectly stated pricing for said supposed purchase.

If a trade is marked as sold and someone is selected as the buyer, that person selected as the buyer should hence automatically receive a notification every time, even if they never interacted with or viewed that trade before.

I thought it is working like that. There was some deal when a dude bought one thing from me then watched all my trades and bought some more items. I did closed those trades as well with the real buyer and the real price and never get the trust for the trade. Ok, for me it is not a big deal, but it seems that the buyer did not get a notification at all, that's why it never commented and gave me trust in those trades...

I don't have RotW expansion yet.
When I look for rune, you can offer
Perfect Gems
as well.
I live in Europe/Budapest timezone.
For my free stuff I appreciate if you give me
Perfect Gems
, but it is optional.
