I know skills are completely lacking but I don't think I've ever seen a +DMG% that high on a rare before. I assume Charsi food but wanted to make sure.

With cruel (201-300% ed) and master's (101-150% ed and 151-250 ar) you can get up to 450% ed. But that are only 2/6 affixes. Also your Katar is not ethereal and the staffmods aren't useful. IMHO no value.
