I combine my runes to better ones, but then again I dont have jahs ohms bers what ever anything after Vex. Game just does not drop anything so what can one do...
Non-ladder Jah with 74 and Ist with 51 are highest.
Ladder: 30 Ort, 28 Eth and 26 Nef (which no one wants to buy anymore since the crafters now mostly collect their runes themselves).

Most of my mid to high runes are still in the Expansion. But if you count everything I think the order would be Jah, Ber, Vex, Ist/Mal, Hel, Lo and then the obvious low runes.
