Could be most of the "changes" and "fixes" they do are not actually even implemented and pretend they did that so they can "fix" and "change" things later again. Its just a show to make it look like they are actually doing something actively improving and bettering the game. They arent. The amount of balances and fixes appearing to this game throughout the patches is ridiculous piss at our necks, but the devs know people are mouths open taking it all in without criticism.

I think they are using D2R as an experimental vibe coding project. Everything clicks: "Please fix these two bugs an don't change anything else" -> 5.9GB Patch and multiple new problems.
Another disappointing patch that creates more issues than it fixes.
I'm on PS5, update was some 5.5 GB.
Ever since this update, filtered Gold piles (filter Gold bigger than <amount>) does NOT get auto-picked up anymore.
Why would they mess with this?!
So now my choices are "show all/even lower Gold piles" or "don't pick up any more Gold but have it lie on the Ground"?!

I have the same issue, Gold is not being picked up. Playing the pc version on the steam deck (not the steam version, I got the battle.net installer as a non-steam game)

Well, there is the possibility that the patching process somehow messed with your settings and disabled it for you. So do double-check I suppose.
Then again, if that was it, it should just never work anymore, rather than only with loot filtered.
Nah, everything looks like it was before. My filters are strictly ordered and separated by item type, so I have full control of what is filtered and what not.
If I enable the filter, I auto-pickup the shown Gold stacks only - this definetly changed!
Fixed the issue with Warlock’s Bind Demon corpses. Bind Demon pets will no longer leave interactable corpses.
Make it blue, make it blizzard, make it official.
Will buy any 3 minor keys for an Ist - message me.
