This guy is a known scammer, he lurks on various trading form, pretend to buy high value items and ask you to drop them on floor for him to steal.
Lucky I ignored him. my advice to you is just putting him on ignore, or never do any trade with him.
Just putting it out here to help people out, especially the new folks here.

The forum doesn't allow public shamming of someone because it becomes your word against theirs. If the person made the trade with you here in the forum then there is a "report trader" button at the top of the trade screen.
