Description

From the start of the expansion I struggled with the toggle filtered items mode and wished for a permanent-on setting, so I would not always forget or accidentally disable. The next step was to simply drop a charm from the inventory to check if it was toggled on.
It only came to me now that, when items name display is on, mouse-over display is disabled. Thus, to quickly check if the filtered item names are active, simply hover over random loot that some mob dropped. If no name labels show up then the filtered loot names are toggled on.
Maybe out there is someone that is as stupid as me whom I can help with this -.-

Try to do different rules for different things
If you try to config two different things in the same rule, one or both, may not work.

My case:
I wanted to hide low quality items and "throwing potions" (that are on weapons/throwing - which by the way I think is non-intuitive, I was expecting them in potions... anyway...)
When i put both on the same rule nothing was hidden, because "throwing potions" are considered "Normal Quality" and so the game sees no item matching both criteria and hides nothing...
When i create two separate rules, it work as I wanted,
