There has been severe price deflation on high end items like a 15/40 that are non warlock related. And of course insane prices/inflation on warlock items. Over the long term, that probably reverses, but right now everyone wants to have fun playing the Warlock, plus it is the most OP class.

About jewel, it is usually socket in Helm. 15/40 is consider not so good today and will be replace soon.
It is wise to dump those .
Yes it will still have seat but not that good. The new unique physical jewel is stronger. effect is similar to lowest roll of new jewel.
if new jewel price drop, this jewel price will also drop along with it.
