The Fresh User Experience

Hello, I have started using the site about 2 weeks ago and by now I have a sense of how things work. But I regularly get messaged from potential buyers who have no idea how the trading process works. I was in the same position when I started. Maybe you could introduce new users to the regular trading process, ie. ideally having their Battlenet linked so they can easily be added and messaged ingame, or describe how it works without Battlenet tag. Personally, I don't know this. I had a buyer earlier today who used Steam and not Battlenet. He linked me his steam profile but I could not do anything with that. He then told me his ingame character name, but adding that did not work either. He had to add ME by MY Battlenet tag so we could message each other.

So a little bit of new user's guidance might be a great help
