Bane's Garments Partial Set Bouses wrong

Steps to reproduce:
Bane's Garments partial set bonuses are incorrect. Full set tooltip states that the partial set bonus for weap and armor will vary depending on which other piece is set. However the weapon will always have +3 MAEK as a partial bonus regardless if its the Belt or armor equipped. When equipping the armor the partial set bonus will always be 25%FHR regardless of its the Belt or weap attached.
See pictures below. I added all possible partial set equipment combinations.

Secondly bane's Belt only gets its partial set bonus if the full set is equipped.

I would change the tooltip data but am not able to.

Bane's Authority

• +15 Energy (3 Pieces)

Bane's Wraithskin

• +25% Faster Hit Recovery (2 Pieces)
• +8 to Attack Rating (Based on Character Level) (3 Pieces)
