You can buy 3/20 gloves at merchant. It takes around 1~2 hours if you are looking for any skilltree not a specific one.
3/20 Java gloves are around Jah (on non ladder) because people hate shopping for several hours. If you just want to get rich fast and don't care if you play or shop, then shopping gloves is the most efficient way to do so.
That early on ladder, I would price them at around PGs / Ko / Lem.
