TZ Herald of Terror Faming Strategy

I've been testing this extensively over the last couple of days and would like anyone else's observations to corroborate or disprove.

I do not believe TZ monsters, that are TZ-spawned, but no longer in a

Terror Zone (zone has rotated since monster spawning) can "Draw the Ire of a

Herald".

It appears the server is checking if a slain monster is eligible (i.e. Champion, Unique, Super Unique,

Herald, and possibly Act Boss - see below) and if the Zone is Terrorized, and not if the monster is Terrorized.

This brings me to my next point. Granted this has only happened once, so I'm a bit dubious, but I had a TZ

Mephisto Draw the Ire of a

Herald last night. I teleported directly to him so Emilio was not off doing his own usual thing. The moment Meph died Ire was drawn. I've never had an Act Boss draw the ire and everywhere I've read never lists an Act Boss can do that.

Edit - Disregard 2nd point. Pavke and Shadowheart previously confirmed this.

Can anyone confirm or deny either of these two points my first point?

I think its confirmed then since the game mechanics for killing Diablo and

Baal require you to kill all other monsters first. Plus popping the last

Chaos Sanctuary Seal immediately kills anything left alive, and

Baal is alone in his

Worldstone Chamber.
