Consuming by accident

Twice now I've unintentionally consumed my

Hephasto the Armorer with

Fanaticism Aura instead of the Goat man because him and the friggin

Goatman won't füčking STAY PUT AAARRGGHH.

That is why I actually dont use

Consume at all. I dont want to

Consume my Hephasto with

Conviction aura, as he is an instrumetal tool in my strategy.

Bound demons should be immune to

Consume, only summoned demons should suffer the gluttony of their masters

Yes. Exactly. The fact that I am binding a demon should be evidence enough I don't want to

Consume him. You'd think anyways.

I did that once because Heph decided to go for a run to my cursor and learned to summon my

Consume-mob on the other end of the screen from then on out.

What annoyed me far more than that one though is...
...you know how if you can have 2+ demons, anything you

Consume/summon only affects the 2nd demon slot and your bound demon never gets desummoned for it?
Well, turns out if you switch your weapon set, lose too many skill points in

Demonic Mastery as a result and drop to 1 summon, trying to summon a new demon to

Consume doesn't 'not work' because your demon slot is blocked by the bind but then it does kill your bound demon, only to give you a stupid goat instead. So yeah...watch your weapon set when that's what pushes you over the 10+ Edge.. ^^

I learnt that by trial.

So if u caught a good pet demon...just make sure you have that pre-requisite 10 points for mastery...otherwise...WARRRGHHHH!

Conviction one takes me <5 minutes.

However yesterday I lost a giga good hephasto with a Death Teleported into a might pack in p8 and just insta died. I really need to find a base so I can make an Obsession for the fcr and fhr lol.

i've found having cursed is nice, but i just focus on getting the

Conviction aura. Cursed only really helps against fire enchanted and bosses and even then it only helps a bit. Its noticeable, but i'd rather just get a

Conviction one that's "good enough" and keep going lol

I'm surprised people aren't going for 20 points, but maybe it depends on which build you run? I'm doing

Armageddon Chaos build and i am just swimming in extra skill points

My charms aren't great, sitll no lock torch, no anni, no skillers, but man that's a lot of HR for an offline char.

Done way too many times unfortunately. Feels like in PSN, not being able to click, you face in the correct direction of the summon you want to

Consume and hope for the best as the demons like to run around some times.

The worst was when I spent 20 minutes trying to find a good heph combo and didn't. I decided to instead pay someone for their finding service. They found one, I went and bound it. Started a new game, did my regular buffs and immediately accidentally consumed him ><

Also learned hard on Demon count through weapon swap:))

And I made myself remember "mortal combat combo"-like sequence of cursor moves and abilities hotkeys to specifically never

Consume Hephasto. Simply never doing that in "hot zone". Always tele/run aside before that.
