A potent one point wonder, For a single point, you get -50% speed on all actions for enemies caught in the sigil, very useful for Stun locking bosses and annoying elites.
It should also be noted that sigils are NOT CURSES, the increased damage effect will stack with Amplify Damage as a result.
Sigil Lethargy is capable of removing physical immunity from monsters that have it, provided the damage taken +% stat lowers their physical resistance enough.
