Nishi, Pavke, and I broke this down a few days ago running a significant amount of calculations and doing our diligence. The impact is fairly significant especially at lower player counts.
She no longer is in an S-Tier of her own and the reign of broken drops has ended.

EDIT: Completed watching If I have understood it correctly, you get the "old" drops if you do not convert your char.
Therefore, a further reason (besides Sunder Charms) for NL (and casual) players to leave at least one good Andy farm char in the Expansion

The only thing in my inventory that isn't a charm is the cube to snatch the occasional drop along the way.

Does this affect potential SOJ farming? Previously hell andy was the #2 spot to farm SOJ (other than nm andy)

I approve of the slight Andy nerf. You can reach her quickly and the route is not dangerous. Baal takes a long time and Mephi can be a bit dangerous. So it's fair that they win the drop race. I welcome everything that makes the game a bit more balanced or "fair".
Yes they had permanently updated her drop tables to be her first time-kill drop table (q-bugging) in d2R. I wonder if they removed that drop table update and if we can go back to q-bugging her.
Any LoD trade I have can be moved to RotW.

MrLlamaSC spoke about exactly that thing (powerfarming Andariel) on one video. Drops could've been altered in general.
Is it just me or have runes been dropping more frequently overall....?
I guess that they drop more now. I'm leveling on Normal and on Plains of Despair I had 4 runes on the Ground at one battle place. Low level ones, but 4.
