Death's Web last night clocking in at 580 hours. And just in time with the impending 30th anniversary Diablo announcements coming later today!

This moment was truly meant to be. I don't know how I can see that any other way. Hours before the announcement, the final item drops....

You have to start another Grail to use the new "Chronicle " feature.

Haven't tried. Maybe?
It does include info as to when and where it dropped though so..might have to actively find it for that to work.

Something to test I suppose.

Haven't tried. Maybe?
It does include info as to when and where it dropped though so..might have to actively find it for that to work.

If it's possible, then I suppose some people may be doing chronicle sells
Say, both sides trade un-ID'd one with others with matching value (like HRs), then trade backwards after ID
But at the same time, I guess one or the other side could run away, depending on whether ID'd one gets high or low roll (if there are varied options like

Griffon's Eye, -light res %)

I also noticed the chronicle when partied gives you and the party the item found.

Yes, I do not like this either. I already "found" 2 objects in my chronicles that someone else identified next to me. A bit frustrating. Not to not have the item itself, but like ... it's not *my* achievement. I didn't loot it. I wasn't even here when the guy looted the item lol, just near him in town. A bit of a weird moment.
And I don't think we can reset it. Or deactivate it for yourself (even if I don't mind people who would want to enjoy my identification in a party, I just don't want to benefit from someone else.).
I hope Blizzard will add the options.

Also I noticed that the items, if they are not identified when you left the game, they become identified when you go into your next game. To confirm, because I was tired. I don't have any opinion about it though (expect ... does that mean we can't sell unidentified items anymore ?)

From what I have seen, that will not count. It seems you have to be in the game when it drops, and possibly also nearby (similar to XP). I cannot be sure on the last part but I am almost positive about the first part.
