Is this
Belt worth something? Max FHR, near max double most important resistance, and some life look good, but I'm guessing that without any dex or str there is no much use of those. What you think?

I think the biggest issue is lvl req of 51. There you are in the bracket with all those amazing uniques.

As with the other belt recently price checked, I guess no value.

Trading for: runes / pgems / keys / yellow and green essences / low runes:

That's what I'm guessing to, even 3 res
Belt seems to have no value without any additional perks from what I checked.
