The shield LOOKS SO BAD ARSE... but almost depressingly overwhelming. The 30% faster block rate and chance to block are actually quite good, the attacker damage is irrelevant past normal, and it has some lightning resist like
Stormshield. But its HUGELY missing out on Damage Reduction; I suggest if next patch they add a partial set bonus of ~30% damage reduction. We HAVE to make people want to use these sets otherwise nobody will ever use them, then what's the point of even having them?
