100% yes, crushing blow helps. My current one which is somewhat budget uses Grief + Kingslayer (the latter for CB and OW), Goblin Toe, upgraded Death's Guard+ Death's Hand combo (super underrated IMO for the all res, CBF, and IAS) and Bulwark Avenger Guard with +3 BO. Bunch of yellow rings and amulet with res, AR, and dual leech. For bosskilling Frenzy Barb, ideally you'd want Gface for the Helm, Gore Rider, a well rolled Blood Belt, COH/Fortitude, Ravenfrost, Highlords, and for weapons there's alot of options but Grief+Last Wish works best. Assuming youre not stinking rich, Grief+Death also works great (lots of CB), Grief+Kingslayer (decent CB+OW) and tons of other weapon combo options.

I was told that it's a GM command to clone items. You need to drop the items to the ground and use this. You need the whole sequence for it to work. First you get them to drop the item. When I ran Frenzy barb, I had BOTD and Beast. He already moved so fast that it was almost a pain. What benefit does Hustle give over something like Fortitude other than IAS?

Sorry for ruining the joke, but that command brought back old memories. in early Diablo 2, Sojs used to be the trade currency of the day. Duping was out of control and this in turn gave rise to Duping scammers. What they would do is enter a game, and then ask you if you would like to learn how to dupe. To do it they would instruct the victim to drop an Soj to the Ground and then hit Alt+F4. Then when your game closed they would steal your Soj. It's more affordable, and fun sometimes lol. I mean yeah you're right, Fortitude is objectively better probably most of the time though. I just don't currently have one.

Full Tal Rasha's, Magefist, Phoenix Monarch, Infinity and Flickering Flame on merc.
Sometimes the wave just instantly deletes before I even get my fireballs going and Baal himself goes down much quicker than my hybrid pally.
I've also been using her for rushing some other players and leveling on Baal's minions. Killer build, thanks for the tip.
