Your Circlet is way worse than a Harlequin and the Harlequin only costs 1 Ist or even less.

The main reason for such circlets is to get 2 sockets from Larzuk. Then it is better than harle and you have to compare to other 2 open sockets helmets (Giant Skull, Crown of Ages,...).
@rixsen I don't think it has much value. I'm no amazon expert but afaik passive and magic is not what people are looking for. The usual end-game Circlet for a physical bowazon is 3 sockets with either frw or life.
It is also not listed in the maxroll guide for magic items (https://maxroll.gg/d2/items/valuable-magic-items) which usually covers all magic items with value.
That's nice to hear! Also had in mind that only cold bowazons need the +bowskills while other bowazons benefit more from the passive tree...
