I am new to trading and I can't determine the worth of these two FCR all res / 2 res rings. They seem pretty good so I would say some mid runes for each (or a high rune even?), but would appreciate some input! I'm on softcore ladder.

in nl market, it need to 3 hit+1 weak to have value. first is 3.1 (soso, some value? ). second ring is 4.x for amazon (should be ok).
this is non ladder view, but ladder might be slightly better.
Also cold poison is slight cheaper than fire, much cheaper than light res. I know some in nl market but you are looking for ladder.
As for second ring, yes, if you wait til ladder down, it will definitely worth ist+ (your request).
3(solid)+1 weak style, I have around 30 sit in my storage. A perfect ring is 6 solid hit, worth 100+jah.
