I do not have a PS5 but you can try filtering the trades for PS5, look which people are currently on and then maybe message them and ask for help.

Prevent Monster Heal doesnt work on Uber bosses (despite working against DClone). You need Open Wounds somewhere on your gear to counter their health regen ( Gore Rider or a blood crafted Belt usually being a good reliable choice, or Dracul's).
Impressive that you got Über Duriel and Über Izual without it.
