No, only the physical javelin can trigger it (same as life stolen per hit).

Lightning Fury has two effects - the physical projetile (the actual javelin being thrown), and the skill effect. The physical portion, the javelin being thrown, isn't replaced by the skill effect, it's still there. It will apply all the physical effects that a regular jab or throw would (crushing blow, deadly strike, life stolen per hit, etc).

No, the only spell that receives a damage bonus from

Concentration is

Blessed Hammer. Other than that, only physical attacks (with a weapon) receive a bonus from

Concentration.

Are there any free web sites or apps that automatically push notifications for certain

Terror Zones? I had an Android app on my phone that worked briefly, but uninstalled it when they wanted a monthly subscription to continue. I'd like to filter the alerts for only my favorites to get that 1 hour heads up.

Correct.

For other classes wearing Enigma, the

Teleport level is only boosted by "+X to All Skills", but for a Sorceress the level is boosted also by "+X to Sorceress Skill Levels" as well as "+X to Lightning Skills (Sorceress Only)".
