Very likely 89 (which is the minimum for such kind of amulet). If it were higher, I usually state this.

You are correct, I did some reading and it's 89 minimum for +2 skillers amy, thanks for the reply, looking for a lower level temporary amulet atm, good luck with your sale !

Lvl 89 is only minimum level for +2 character skill on crafted amulets.

If you are looking at rares, thir minimum char lvl is 67.

And if you want to go lower, you can look at +2 skill tree, for which the required level is 49 on crafts and 30 on rares afaik.
