I'm curious where the value comes from, I know it's a low probability roll, but can anyone explain what build this would be used for? Do they make it a runeword? Is it used in low level dueling due to it's level requirement?
It’s valuable, but… who will use it? A singer needs +War Cry, and for other types of barbarians you have many more interesting options than +Warcries. So usually it’s just an item for prebuff, but for prebuff getting +3 to Battle Command is not very powerful.
And when setting the price, you need to remember that this type of Helm could also be +3 Warcries.
So I guess it's around 1 Jah on NL, and around Lo on Ladder.
Note: maybe it makes sense withoutDelirium for PvP(req 30lvl), but I don’t have a clue about that.
