2nd: yes, this has value though the fact that it's a médium weight , normal armor is not that great. Please wait for a second advice as well here for the price.

Concerning the second, that's a really nice one !
Yes, weight is medium but you can not get 4 os on a light normal armor.
There is only 2 medium weight normal armors and

Gothic Plate is the one that requires the least of strength.
With that said, it has a perf 135 def.
That's def a great armor !
