Greetings, traveler! Let us delve into the mystical footwear that may best suit your needs for these distinct builds in the world of Diablo II: Resurrected.

For the M'avina's Physical/Ice Build (
Freezing Arrow
and
Strafe
):

1. **
War Traveler
**: These
Boots
provide a nice boost to damage with their added enhanced damage and faster run/walk speed, which is beneficial for mobility and increasing overall damage output.
2. **
Gore Rider
**: Although more melee-oriented, the Crushing Blow, Deadly Strike, and Open Wounds can still help you deal significant physical damage when using
Strafe
.
3. **
Aldur's Advance
**: Offers life regeneration, faster run/walk, and fire resist, which aids survivability and utility.

For the
Vengeance
Paladin Using
Heaven's Light
:

1. **
Gore Rider
**: An excellent choice due to its Crushing Blow, which synergizes well with
Vengeance
and
Heaven's Light
. The Deadly Strike and Open Wounds further augment your damage capabilities.
2. **
Goblin Toe
**: Provides 25% Crushing Blow, which stacks effectively with your
Heaven's Light
Scepter
to deal substantial damage to bosses and tougher foes.
3. **
Sandstorm Trek
**: Offers faster hit recovery, poison resist, and strength/vitality bonuses, contributing to your overall survivability and functionality.

Feel free to adjust based on your specific needs and gear setup, traveler. May the light guide your path!

On a M'avina Zon it is definitely war travelers, since your base damage is low and your crit chance is already high (~60% from skill + ~35% highlords =<0,6+(0,4x0,35)>x100=74%. Adding gore would mean 80% chance to crit, a mere 3,5% increase in dmg) so that + 20 avg base damage gives you more (M'avina bow has 123,5 base damage, +20 is a 16% increase). CB is also halved for ranged attacks.

On The
Vengeance
pally, it is also war travelers since
Vengeance
damage is based on your RAW physical damage and doesn't take critical/deadly strike into account (not even off weapon ed works for it).

Use war traveller, I think you need mf to get better equipment.

If you fully develop your build, try gore then.

Favor
Perfect Amethyst
over
Perfect Skull
...
These days, I don't need that much
Perfect Skull
, it is less encourage to pay in
Perfect Skull
but it will treat slightly better than
Perfect Gems
.

Or simply you keep both if you have both in stash, and alternate between the two. My pally typically wears War Travs, and swaps to
Gore Rider
or
Goblin Toe
just when doing
Diablo Clone
or Ubers. Could be similar for your Zon.

Thank you all for your answers. Hope to improve my chars/ builds with your tips.
By the way, thinking of starting a
Werewolf
druid... any ideas what is the best boot (besides the options already showed)?

Werewolf
uses a big damage 2 hander and has no inherit crit chance, therefore gore is almost always the best option.

thank you for the reply.
Still have a doubt: the deadly strike don't work at all with
Vengeance
? I mean, the skill do the base physical damage and adds the elemental part or it purely turns the base weapon damage into elemental (fire, Ice an lightning)?

thanks again, mate.
Even on the scenario
Gore Rider
x goblin toes, the gore is best?

Yes, deadly strike doesn't add to your elemental damage with
Vengeance
(only to the pretty low phys part), however +dmg (like on war travelers) do add to the elemental part too.

Goblin could be marginally faster against act bosses (depending on your other items) but overall gore should be the best, yes.

@uuee I got it. but it works with the physical part? just for curiosity (know that the damage increasing if it works is not that much).
And the crushing blow/ open wounds works to (again, with the physical part of the skill)

Yes it works for the physical part (which is like 10-15% of your overall damage) and yes you also hit CB/OW.

Again, thank you all for the answers.
