I would add TZ Meph before CS/WSK, but only if you can reliably skip the dolls in Durance 2. But still better in all ways in normal tz vs Baal(tz or not) . That Baal Key Stone monsters cost too much time . In old days, Baal might drop green essence that can cover loss of time, but this doesn't enough today.

I wasn't sure about normal andy that I seldom visit her when it is not tz. Top 3 is depends on luck, massive run , I think only TZ andy hold rank1 others may change.
