what risk? is your character a shitter that gets killed by souls or whatever on your way to Baal? I only die if I stand still on top of a nasty group for a few seconds (Fanaticism/extra strong/fast) etc.
1. You can make the same point without using words like "shitter"
2. Play HCL and you will understand "risk". You can run Andy earlier and faster. And even end gear chars can die due to disconnect and bad luck.

heard andy/mepho are shit since they are low level, better kill diablo / Baal, they have given me all the Jah/Ber runes.
diablo dropped nightwing veil and Death fathom on Baal.
TZ Andy is objectively superior to Diablo/Baal (TZ or not) in terms of drops. You have to look at Risk to Reward ratio here.
Even if you play sc nl, TZ andy is still hold rank 1 position . TZ is slightly win Baal in drop runes rate, that most unique is not worth so much in nlsc.
But still better in all ways in normal tz vs Baal(tz or not) . That BaalKeyStone monsters cost too much time . In old days, Baal might drop green essence that can cover loss of time, but this doesn't enough today.

I wasn't sure about normal andy that I seldom visit her when it is not tz. Top 3 is depends on luck, massive run , I think only TZ andy hold rank1 others may change.
I would add TZ Meph before CS/WSK, but only if you can reliably skip the dolls in Durance 2. Lawbringer to keep them at bay for nonteleporting characters works good.
Even teleporting can be dangerous however if your merc can 1shot dolls and you get caught nearby.
