I was running TZ 93 for an hour without luck.
When I was exiting, I saw someone needed help with Andi. I was like "sure, I have another 2 minutes".

Unlike in quick runs, I cleared a safe space around the portal (this is HCL) for the guy, killed Andi, and went back to the portal. To my surprise there was a unique Shako hiding between the barrels. One of the creeps must have dropped it and we both missed it when first running pass.

On HCL, this is worth a Vex and a Vex is worth something!

found this -20/10 Griffon's Eye while bringing up a sorc in season 12
didn't realize it was valuable as I'd never played lightning (and only just getting back into D2); almost vendored it to clear space and try to get out of loot-goblin hoarding mode.
Very glad I checked. This and a Titan's Revenge dropped on the same day (good ED, not so good life steal), so the universe clearly wants me to javazon next.
