You won't need to be around at that time, you just need to make a submission before. Remember that starting with round #51, you need to re-post your submission for each round! And, that everyone may participate, regardless how many times you've already won.
I'm making a rule change in regards to the multiplier that applies to those who have not yet won a draw;
The multipler will increase in this fashion from now on:
1 lost draw = x2
3 lost draws = x3
7 lost draws = x4
15 lost draws = x5
31 lost draws = x6 (and so on, but I doubt anyone will lose that many draws before they win for the first time)
I'm also making a rule change in regards to account age score limiter - your account age in days sets an upper bound for your score (which determines your chance of being drawn), but from now on your number of completed trades on diablo2.io will also be taken into account, so that if someone who is new and actively trading can still enjoy the full multiplier after losing a couple of draws.
