The Hustle Rune Word was added as an early mobility option, providing increased Movement Speed without the Teleport aspect of the Enigma Rune Word.

I've been having fun playing with Hustle armor on an Act V merc. The lack of enhanced defense is mitigated by his Iron Skin, and the FRW means once Frenzy kicks in he absolutely zooms. Only merc I've found that can reasonably keep up with my Frenzy barbarian and allows me to not run Enigma for constant repositioning.
Given its very modest rune requirements, a Hustle weapon converted into an Iron Golem can be a budget-friendly source of Fanatacism. The lvl 1 aura is sufficient to bring minions created with Raise Skeleton and Raise Skeletal Mage from 18 frames-per-attack down to 16.
Hustle weapon is also a great option for act 1 merc (See Manic Pixie Dreamgirl)... and armor is one of the best possible options (Res, chance to avoid attacks, movement speed for quicker repositioning, IAS). Remember it's ladder-makeable only (yet)
Hustle on 3 socket polearm or Mancatcher with act2 merc is also helpful for summoner druid (zoo). Fanaticism stacks with Heart of Wolverine and Might. Unfortunately, it doesn’t boost ravens just like other auras but it still is a great budget option to make mercenary, wolves and a bear more powerful.
This rune word can only be MADE on ladder, but you can find these in the wild being used & traded on non-ladder because whenever a ladder season ends, all characters & items from that ladder season, including any Hustle and other ladder-only rune words that were created during that ladder season, will transfer over to non-ladder. The ones you come across on non-ladder were created during a previous ladder season.
