Looks solid. FF is lvl 64 and fcr on helmet is also needed to hit the 200 fcr breakpoing.

Withour sockets or more adds like life and res I'd but this around Lo- Jah. Having only lvl 30 as requirements seams to increase the value, so lvl 34 is a bummer.
